Channel Islands Surfing Info and Details
The Channel Islands rely on groundswell generated in atlantic, pushing up the English Channel. Swells from the north west, west or south west can light up the breaks on the islands.
The area around St Ouen's is popular with surfers. There are several good breaks in this area.
Surf Equipment Required for the Waves in Channel Islands
You'll need a wetsuit all year, though you can get away with a shortie in summer. Equipment can be hired from a number of different locations.

Why not use a selection of Channel Islands Surfboards, which have nothing to do with the Islands themselves. Channel Islands Surfboards have been shaping boards since 1969, and boards have been shaped by the famous shaper, All Merrick.
