General Description
Do not go on a low tide - sucks up on dry reef. Mid to high tide is the best to go, mainly for bodyboarders. Needs a 2m swell to break and is best when 1-2 ft.

How to get there
Turn down into the dog beach carpark, and there is a path leading to the beach, the spot is on the other side of some rocks on the right, there is a path that has been shaped out.

Free parking, there are spaces on the road and there is a car park at the dog beach.

When its Flat?
Try Trigg Beach for a bodybash or Mettams for a swim. Yelo cafe has really good coffee and Adams cafe at North Beach Shopping Centre has the best fish and chips.
