- Mužská čtyřhra German Open 2016 probíhala v polovině července 2016. Do deblové soutěže hamburského tenisového turnaje nastoupilo šestnáct dvojic. Obhájcem titulu byl pár Jamie Murray a John Peers, jehož členové nestartovali společně. Murray se rozhodl zúčastnit paralelně hraného čtvrtfinále Davis Cupu proti Srbsku. Peers nastoupil s Kontinenem, aby trofej obhájil. Vítězem čtyřhry se stal druhý nasazený finsko-australský pár Henri Kontinen a John Peers, který ve finále zdolal kanadsko-pákistánské turnajové trojky Daniela Nestora s Ajsámem Kúreším výsledkem 7–5 a 6–3.
