Richard Ramsdale (birth registered second ¼ 1885 – 8 June 1933) was an English professional rugby league footballer who played in the 1900s, 1910s and 1920s. He played at representative level for Great Britain, England and Lancashire, and at club level for (in Platt Bridge, Wigan), and Wigan, as a forward (prior to the specialist positions of; prop, hooker, second-row, loose forward), during the era of contested scrums.
