If the media also doesn't have a copyright tag, then you must also add one. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then you can use {{Cc-by-sa-2.5}} to release it under the Creative Commons or {{PD-self}} to release it into the public domain. See Commons:Copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

There seems to be a problem regarding the description and/or licensing of this particular file. It has been found that you've added in the image's description only a Template that's not a license and although it provides useful informations about the image, it's not a valid license. Could you please resolve this problem, adding the license in the image linked above? You can edit the description page and change the text. Uploading a new version of the file does not change the description of the file. This page may give you more hints on which license to choose. Thank you.

New map versions
[edit]Please do not upload so different versions of my maps as you done here: http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Ahtum_sermon01.png - I use standardized colours in each map, so I do not agree with your colour change there. If you think that your choice of colours and descriptions is better then please upload your map version as new separate file. PANONIAN (talk) 11:04, 25 January 2010 (UTC)
- Regarding description in map was it a Bulgarian or Macedonian empire, I hope that you agree that Macedonian and Serbian historiography claim that it was Macedonian empire, so I do not see a reason for pushing only Bulgarian point of view and omit other one. PANONIAN (talk) 11:12, 25 January 2010 (UTC)
- And furthermore, that map is made to illustrate articles that are mainly related to the history of Vojvodina, so that is not a place where question about character of the empire of Samuil should be resolved and that is why I used neutral map description that show both views. PANONIAN (talk) 11:16, 25 January 2010 (UTC)
Listen: I really do not care was empire of Samuil Bulgarian or Macedonian, so you do not have to explain your point of view to me. I have books and historical atlases published by notable Serbian authors and historians where this empire is described as Macedonian. So, if you have problem with that you should visit Macedonian and Serbian academy of sciences to discuss the issue with relevant historians there, but so far claim that this empire was Macedonian is a valid point of view among historians and I do not see why it cannot be presented as well. PANONIAN (talk) 13:55, 25 January 2010 (UTC)
- As I said, I do not have a point of view. It is Serbian and Macedonian historians who have point of view and they obviously are basing their views on facts. Your behavior here is not rational and I really do not see why you trying to push one-sided view about something and to shut up people who have opposite view. Wiki projects are not meant to be one-sided but open-minded, where all relevant points of view should be presented. But if you want facts, I will tell you some: Byzantine sources used word "Bulgarians" to describe Slavs in general, not only what is today considered ethnic Bulgarian. Also, even if Samuil himself was a Bulgarian by origin as you claim, you have no proof that majority of people that inhabited his empire had Bulgarian national consciousness and perhaps (if you ask me) the best and most accurate description of this empire would be "Slavic Empire". So, point of view of Serbian and Macedonian historians is based on valid facts and the only problem is that you want to impose one-sided view. PANONIAN (talk) 14:39, 25 January 2010 (UTC)
Your map of the Eparchies of the Bulgarian Orthodox Church
[edit]Hi, there is a request in the German Graphic's Laboratory to create individual maps for each of the Eparchies of the Bulgarian Orthodox Church from your map. Could you create these maps or could you upload a svg version of your map (so other's could do this work for you)? Thanks in advance! --Chumwa (talk) 06:03, 24 March 2010 (UTC)
Hi Chumwa, this will be nice but I'm very and I don't have the time to do this. 14:15, 24 March 2010 (UTC)
I can understand that you're very busy. But what's about the idea with the upload of the svg version of the map? So someone other could make the work for you. --Chumwa (talk) 21:28, 24 March 2010 (UTC)
I'm very sorry but I don't have SVG version of this map and I don't have the time to do it. I can send you the source map in jpg + my version in png, and some of you to make it in SVG.--Пакко 07:46, 25 March 2010 (UTC)
- That's really a pitty! I could have bet that this map was made by a vector graphics software. Really a good work! But so the request in the Graphic's Laboratory most likely will be declined, because without a vector graphic as a basis it would be too much effort for the cartographers there. :-( --Chumwa (talk) 18:42, 26 March 2010 (UTC)
The center of the Nevrokop Diocese is the city of Goce Delchev aka Nevrokop and not Blagoevgrad. This should be changed on the map.
File:Standard_Prime_Minister_of_Bulgaria.svg
File:Standard of the President of Bulgaria.svg
Bulgarian Herald (talk) 13:25, 15 April 2010 (UTC)
Burmese coat of arms
[edit]Hi Пакко,
I was wondering if you could fix the Burmese words on the coat of arms of Burma: File:Coat of arms of Myanmar.png. Currently, they are illegible in Burmese, especially the middle ribbon. It should say "ပြည်ထောင်စု ဆိုရှယ်လစ်သမ္မတ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတော်" (Socialist Republic of the Union of Burma). If you need help, please let me know. Thank you. --Hintha (talk) 05:11, 16 August 2010 (UTC)
- You did a great job, care to try vectorizing File:Coat of arms of Burma 1948-1974.jpg?--Kintetsubuffalo (talk) 17:52, 2 October 2010 (UTC)
Hi Kintetsubuffalo, thanks for evaluation, but now I'm pretty busy with my graduation and a picture is with pretty poor quality, so this making it difficult to vectorization --Пакко (talk) 22:14, 2 October 2010 (UTC)

File:Flag of Bahr el Ghazal.svg
[edit]hi there,
thank you for the drawing. Could you improve on the eye of the bird though, I think it's just a normal dot and not a - at the moment. The original is not printed very clearly, maybe that's why it was difficult to discern. thank you. Gryffindor (talk) 02:24, 28 January 2011 (UTC)
Hi Gryffindor, now is done! --Пакко (talk) 20:33, 28 January 2011 (UTC)
- Thank you. Not to be difficult, but can the pupil of the eye be centred? At the moment it is looking into one direction, but the it should be a simple dot in the circle like this cheers Gryffindor (talk) 23:25, 28 January 2011 (UTC)
hi there,
could you help improve this flag by moving the crescents into the centre of the flag, as is depicted in here File:Tripoli. Johnson's new chart of national emblems, 1868.jpg and editing the shape of the crescents taken from here File:Coat of arms of Vilayet-i Trablusgarp.svg? Thank you. Gryffindor (talk) 17:17, 24 February 2011 (UTC) ps: Could you also create a new flag based on this File:Flag of Cyrenaica.svg and this [1]? Thank you very much. Best regards Gryffindor (talk) 17:46, 24 February 2011 (UTC)
- Hi Gryffindor, now is done! --Пакко (talk) 18:41, 25 February 2011 (UTC)
- Thank you Пакко. Can you just modify the crescent and the star of File:Flag of King Idris I.svg so it looks like the one from this File:Flag of Cyrenaica.svg? Gryffindor (talk) 20:18, 25 February 2011 (UTC)
- Hi Gryffindor, now is done! --Пакко (talk) 18:41, 25 February 2011 (UTC)
- Just check the source [2] I drew crescent the same as the picture source...--Пакко (talk) 20:49, 25 February 2011 (UTC)
- I know. But the flags are surely the same, except with the crown added to it. It would be good to have consistency. Gryffindor (talk) 03:25, 26 February 2011 (UTC)

- Excellent work, dear Пакко! But don't you think the crescent must be a little bit thinner, as on the 1951 flag? --Cyril-83 (talk) 12:09, 2 March 2011 (UTC)
- I'made the svg file following the source, check it and see that the crescent is thicker...--Пакко (talk) 13:47, 2 March 2011 (UTC)

Coat of arms of Bulgaria (1927-1946).svg
[edit]Congratulations for your great work! Would you have the time to create another version of the Royal coat of arms of Bulgaria, since the current version isn't that good and doesn't look quite vector. And also creating a vector version of the Coat of arms of the Bulgarian armed forces? Thanks. --Kreuzkümmel (talk) 18:55, 28 June 2011 (UTC)
- Hi Kreuzkümmel, I just made this File:Logo of Ministry of Defense of Bulgaria.svg. Оther files require much more time to work. --Пакко (talk) 19:53, 30 June 2011 (UTC)
- Thank you, the military logo is great! As far as the royal coat of arms is concerned, you could just slightly modify the current coat of arms, since they're almost identical. --Kreuzkümmel (talk) 11:38, 2 July 2011 (UTC)
Source: own?
Source Extracted from PDF version of Our Flag, available here (direct PDF URL here.) Author U.S. Government.
Source The official source of the image is http://document.kremlin.ru/doc.asp?ID=5171&PSC=1&PT=3&Page=8. The big image of coat of arms: [1].
Bulgarian Herald (talk) 20:19, 2 July 2011 (UTC)
П. п. Bulgarian Herald (talk) 20:37, 2 July 2011 (UTC)
Bulgarian Herald (talk) 21:54, 2 July 2011 (UTC)
Bulgarian Herald (talk) 15:21, 8 July 2011 (UTC)

Copyright status: File:Handwritten Big Yus.svg
[edit]This media may be deleted. |
Thanks for uploading File:Handwritten Big Yus.svg. I notice that the file page either doesn't contain enough information about the license or it contains contradictory information about the license, so the copyright status is unclear.
If you created this file yourself, then you must provide a valid copyright tag. For example, you can tag it with {{self|GFDL|cc-by-sa-all}} to release it under the multi-license GFDL plus Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike All-version license or you can tag it with {{PD-self}} to release it into the public domain. (See Commons:Copyright tags for the full list of license tags that you can use.) If you did not create the file yourself or if it is a derivative of another work that is possibly subject to copyright protection, then you must specify where you found it (e.g. usually a link to the web page where you got it), you must provide proof that it has a license that is acceptable for Commons (e.g. usually a link to the terms of use for content from that page), and you must add an appropriate license tag. If you did not create the file yourself and the specific source and license information is not available on the web, you must obtain permission through the VRT system and follow the procedure described there. Note that any unsourced or improperly licensed files will be deleted one week after they have been marked as lacking proper information, as described in criteria for deletion. If you have uploaded other files, please confirm that you have provided the proper information for those files, too. If you have any questions about licenses please ask at Commons:Village pump/Copyright or see our help pages. Thank you. |
