Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

Hi

I have just deleted two duplicates of building photos with just a street name - it would be very very useful to have the locality in the commons category as well - could be anywhere on the planet for some - if its glasgow - edinburgh - please put it - thanks JarrahTree (talk) 13:16, 21 May 2018 (UTC)

@JarrahTree: Hey there, thanks for those deletions, appreciated. I'd uploaded these as part of an event using the WikiShootMe tool, which I thought uploaded all the metadata including coordinates... worth knowing that we need to come back to categories. Thanks! • n.p. - I am doing dumbo flight across the category space and am not trying to look at any meta data - its what keeps things from being exterminated in wp en for a start - qualifier item to know whether it is in glasgae or not ... very well worth trying to keep on top of categories wherever JarrahTree (talk) 13:30, 21 May 2018 (UTC)
