Arvid Järnefelt (November 11, 1861 – December 27, 1932)[1] was a Finnish judge and writer born in Pulkova, Russia.[1][2]

Järnefelt was among the founders of the Finnish language literary and cultural magazine Valvoja which was launched in 1880.[3]

Järnefelt was born in Polkova, Russia, to Alexander and Elisabeth Järnfelt.[1]
