Odette Richard (18 July 1988 – 16 December 2020) was a South African individual rhythmic gymnast. She represented her nation at international competitions. She participated at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing.[1]

She also competed at world championships, including at the 2005 and 2007 World Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships.[2]
Richard graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand in 2011 with degrees in finance and accounting. She briefly worked as a sports commentator on television before joining Deloitte South Africa in 2012 as an article clerk. In December 2014, she transitioned to Rand Merchant Bank, serving as a resource credit analyst and corporate finance transactor.[3]
