I am reading about a Cyperus giganteus native to Tabasco Mexico. OK to add? Or is my Spanish-language source using a different name than we use in English?--Rockero 06:36, 30 March 2006 (UTC)Reply

Yes, please add. A reference if you intend to write an article:

I'm fighting nutsedge in my lawn and garden in south Louisiana. I would not call sedges "mostly aquatic" without listing a few exceptions that grow in, admittedly, wet heavy soils. I can send pictures if you'd like to see the infestation.

Also, I'm fighting them with a chemical with the brand name "Sedgehammer". Could the generic chemical name and concentration be mentioned in the Wikipedia article? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Ilovemylife9 (talkcontribs) 19:38, 25 April 2017 (UTC)Reply
