Humblefool I need the article page name of your redircet for a BLP of David Malik ! Thanks -- Wuerzele (talk) 04:43, 6 January 2016 (UTC)
- Wuerzele, so why do you need it deleted? What is preventing you simply changing the redirect to a bio? And why do you want it here instead of at David Malki? Please reply. — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 11:36, 6 January 2016 (UTC)
Because I thought thats the only way to avoid a double redirect from what I read on teh redirect pages. RHaworth. plse show me how to change the redirect to a bio. Is it just pasting the bio into teh redirect page?
The discussion about why to use David Malki ! instead David Malki is on the talk page btw.--Wuerzele (talk) 02:53, 7 January 2016 (UTC)
- Yes, it is just a matter of replacing the redirect with a bio. And, of course, changing the other redirect to point to the bio. As to ! or no ! - in Talk:Wondermark I see "it should be considered an honorific and used in the same manner that one would use 'Jr.', 'Ph.D', or 'Esq.'" In that case, the bio should be at David Malki because Wikipedia is very firm that we do not include honorifics in titles! — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 14:25, 7 January 2016 (UTC)
- Agreed that this redirect should not be deleted. If a stand-alone page for David Malki were to be created, it would make sense to redirect there instead (because it is at least reasonable for someone to try looking him up under that name, unlike, say George Bush Jr. or something). However, such an article does not exist. humblefool® 04:08, 15 January 2016 (UTC)
