Image review: The image is acceptable fair use. I did uncover his senior yearbook picture from the 1930 Temple yearbook, but haven't been able to determine the copyright status of it. Not really worth pushing unless you want me to research the matter further (the yearbook does notate a copyright on it but I haven't done a copyright office check or anything like that), but since that will be public domain in 14 months regardless of status it might be worth putting in the back of your mind for when that time comes.
