Please include a citatioin for the information on the World Tour you keep posting. Remember, Wikipedia information needs to be notable and referenced. Citations from reputable, pub, ioshed secondary sources (newspapers, books, wire services, magazines) are considered idea sources. Please refer to WP:CITE for more information, advise, and examples. Wkharrisjr (talk) 00:12, 27 February 2011 (UTC)Reply

Sorry, but I'm not to good with Wikipedia program, could you help me to make that citing sources? They are in the rayandrobby.com official page, in 2011 World Tour, please!

Have you tried looking at the Wikipedia links I sent to you? Just copy the appropriate template - perhaps wp:cite web?- and fill in as much information as possible, especially the url and title. Here are the links again: WP:CIT. Wkharrisjr (talk) 21:52, 27 February 2011 (UTC)Reply

It's not a problem - Just remember to treat other editors with respect. Present your rationale on the article's talk page (or you might be able to resolve it with whoever reverted your changes directly). Just remember to do so respectfully. JDCMAN (talk) 16:47, 21 March 2011 (UTC)Reply

Hi, Amigo

edit

Not because you like to destroy everything that I add to the page of Manzarek-Krieger, can you tell me that you do that? And associados acts are not members of the band, is rather that touched bands or bands belong to the band members — Preceding unsigned comment added by Antonio Aw (talkcontribs) 23:40, 24 March 2011 (UTC)Reply

Hi, have you looked at the discussion about the World Tour on the Talk page of the article. I asked a third party to review our differences and he stated that a paragraph about the tour was sufficient, a detailed list could be considered a advertising which is against Wikipedia policy. If you still do not agree, we can take our dispute to the next level of arbitration.
With regard to associated acts, from what I understand Mark Farner doesn't fit the definition of Associated Acts. From Template:Infobox musical artist, Associated acts are:

::..professional relationships with other musicians or bands that are significant and notable to this artist's career.

This field can include, for example, any of the following:
  • For individuals: groups of which he or she has been a member
  • Other acts with which this act has collaborated on multiple occasions, or on an album, or toured with as a single collaboration act playing together
  • Groups which have spun off from this group
  • A group from which this group has spun off
The following uses of this field should be avoided:
  • Association of groups with members' solo careers
  • Groups with only one member in common
  • Association of producers, managers, etc. (who are themselves acts) with other acts (unless the act essentially belongs to the producer, as in the case of a studio orchestra formed by and working exclusively with a producer)
  • One-time collaboration for a single, or on a single song
  • Groups that are merely similar

Thanks, this did little good, since most of the bands in this section are in what should be avoided because they are solo careers or other band members, but, BUT Mark Farner is may include

* Other Acts Which with this act has Collaborate on multiple occasions, or on an album, tours with or as a single act playing together,
I think the key words here are "playing together". From what the article says, Farner only opened for the band but did not actually join them when they were performing on stage and therefore should not be considered an associated act.Wkharrisjr (talk) 03:57, 25 March 2011 (UTC)Reply

Mark Farner played with them in a few songs, but you may not bealive it beacuse you were not there, DON'T YOU???

Proposed deletion of Manzarek-Krieger: 2011 World Tour

edit

The article Manzarek-Krieger: 2011 World Tour has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

The content of this article has been incorporated in the article Manzarek-Krieger, which isn't that comprehensive. So no need to have a separate article for the 2011 tour when it is just a small stub.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Speedy deletion nomination of Ruby (rock band)

edit

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Ruby (rock band) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a musical recording which does not indicate why its subject is important or significant, and where the artist's article has never existed, has been deleted or is eligible for deletion itself. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for music.

If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Doing so will take you to the talk page where you can explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but do not hesitate to add information that is consistent with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. JoelWhy (talk) 13:28, 2 April 2012 (UTC)Reply

Hi. When you recently edited Ruby (rock band), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Bass (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.
