Restored for a new discussion, per Wikipedia:Deletion review/Log/2016 November 17. This is an administrative action on my part; I have no opinion on the outcome. -- RoySmith (talk) 15:15, 25 November 2016 (UTC)

- Very good call to reopen. Yes, this was part of what I would call a mass nomination of hip hop producer/recording artists by User:DBrown SPS, one that I found at times to be very tenuous, rejecting and mis-representing independent media interviews as "primary," as I've stated elsewhere. At any rate, Cardiak appears to have worked with some of the biggest names in hip hop. More importantly, we see an interview in Vice's Noisey, a feature on him at MTV.com, prominent mentions in reviews found at HotNewHipHop, an interview feature at Stupidope, which begins, "You may be familiar with Super-producer Cardiak, the man is responsible for a number of hits from today’s biggest and best MC’s." And there's more at Gnews. I know next-to-nothing about rap but he appears to be notable. Keep Shawn in Montreal (talk) 15:35, 25 November 2016 (UTC)

- Comment. As written, fails NBIO/NMUSIC, but Shawn in Montreal does find two other sources, through they are all WP:INTERVIEWs with associated problems of being de-facto half-self published (quoting heavily from the subject). Still, MTV is a household name, and it appears the subject is getting some recognition in the business. Borderline. --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 03:27, 2 December 2016 (UTC)
