Author of the article is an account which belongs to the subject of the article. The user claims to be using the account to edit on behalf of Jauch from his office (please refer to talk page for more information). The article should either be deleted, or have the references checked and improperly cited material removed. In the case of the latter, very little information would remain with the references currently available. Personally, my vote is to delete the current article.
