- @Dzinoviev: WP:GNG is the general rule for notability, although more specific things may come into play (in this case WP:NSOFT). Obviously any interpretation of any qualitative rule is going to be subjective, but this is the best we can do -- my judgement is that the subject of this article isn't notable because it I can only find primary sources and passing/trivial mentions in secondary sources, which are not enough to warrant an article. —cnzx (talk • contribs) 00:39, 31 December 2017 (UTC)
