Unfortunately, I could not find coverage for this film, even in Flemish. It does not help that the film's name is rather common, or that the director does not have a Wikipedia page. If someone finds sources that I may have missed, ping me, but given that I search the film's name together with its director and failed to find relevant hits, I'm not confident of this film's notability. • Delete Like mentioned, no coverage to be found. And adding to your "director doesn't have a Wikipedia page", I searched for every single person mentioned in the infobox. None of them are even mentioned anywhere else on Wikipedia. --Mr. Magoo (talk) 14:09, 3 March 2016 (UTC)
