This redirect may meet Wikipedia's criteria for speedy deletion because in its current form it serves only to promote or publicise an entity, person, product, or idea, and would require a fundamental rewrite in order to become encyclopedic. However, the mere fact that a company, organization, or product is a page's subject does not, on its own, qualify that page for deletion under this criterion. This criterion also does not apply where substantial encyclopedic content would remain after removing the promotional material as deletion is not cleanup; in this case please remove the promotional material yourself, or add the {{advert}} tag to alert others to do so. See CSD G11.
If this redirect does not meet the criteria for speedy deletion, or you intend to fix it, please remove this notice, but do not remove this notice from pages that you have created yourself. If you created this page and you disagree with the given reason for deletion, you can click the button below and leave a message explaining why you believe it should not be deleted. You can also visit the talk page to check if you have received a response to your message. Note that this redirect may be deleted at any time if it unquestionably meets the speedy deletion criteria, or if an explanation posted to the talk page is found to be insufficient. Note to administrators: this redirect has content on its talk page which should be checked before deletion. Administrators: check links, talk, history (last), and logs before deletion. NOVACEL is specialized in the development, production and marketing of industrial surface protection (building, household appliances, automotive, electronics...). An international company, its head office is based in Déville-lès-Rouen, France (Seine-Maritime). It becomes a simplified joint stock company in 2019 (NOVACEL S.A.S.).
History[1]
In 1960, the "Adhesive Films and Tapes" business was created by the Pricel Group, which merged with Chargeurs Réunis in 1981 to become the Chargeurs Group.
In 1982, the business was renamed "Novacel" and was consolidated by opening subsidiaries in Germany, Italy and Spain within seven years. During this same period, three wide-width coating lines and a coextrusion line were installed at the Déville-lès-Rouen site.
Engaged in a quality process, the French site of Novacel France obtained ISO 9001 certification in 1995. That same year, it acquired the Italian company Boston Tapes.
In 1996, Novacel becomes a brand of Chargeurs Protective Films, a Chargeurs business. In 1997, Novacel France acquires a new High Efficiency Solvent Recycling Unit. In 2000, Novacel acquires the Surface Protection business of Ivex Packaging, which becomes Novacel Inc. Boston Tapes is certified ISO 9001 in 2000, ISO 14001 in 2004 and ISO 18001 in 2007. The Korean subsidiary was created in 2001.
Novacel continues its development with its liaison office in Turkey in 2005, India and the Czech Republic in 2008, Poland in 2009, Austria and Russia in 2010 and Australia in 2014.
Committed to a policy of sustainable development, Novacel France obtained ISO 14001 certification in 2008.
In 2017, the Novacel group acquires the companies Asidium, Omma and Walco[2] to offer its customers a combined offer of "special machines" (applicator machines) and protective films. The brand name of this division then becomes Walco by Novacel.
After 18 months of studies, implementation and tests, Novacel installs its first 4.0. coating line in Lombardy, Southern Italy and inaugurates it in October 2019. This project brought together experts from all fields and enabled the first productions to be launched in record time.
In 2020, Novacel France obtained ISO 45001 certification, which is a tribute to its health and safety management.
