Novacel

The Novacel article was the subject of an AfD discussion in 2013. The consensus at that time was that the company was not sufficiently notable for its own article and that the title should be redirected to Chargeurs, Novacel's parent company. Nothing you've added in your recent edits improves any on the 2013 version of the article. Unless you have new, verifiable information that indicates that the company is now more notable than in 2013, please do not continue to try to recreate this article.
