Submission declined on 17 December 2024 by Ca (talk). This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.

- Comment: More specifically, biographies about people notable only for one event are usually accepted since the topic could be framed better as an event rather than a biography. If the subject is also notable for her paracanoeing, it would need to be shown by independent sources. After the surgery, he gradually gained the control of his lower limbs and started to use his legs again.[4][5][6][7][8]
