At a men's breakfast this morning, Tim Cross commented that Wikipedia was wrong about him commanding "all troops in Iraq". I asked him to clarify and he pointed to this part. Indeed, the reference never mentions this! So I have left the text to only mention what referenced document states, about him assuming the appointment of "General Officer Commanding Theatre Troops".
