Orphaned reference
[edit]DNMB recently added this to the "references" section but it doesn't appear to be being used as a reference, so I am moving it here. I have NOT check it out to determine if it is a "reliable" source or not.

Hi, can you please fix the reference that I set on number 6 to look same as the others. Thanks. — Preceding unsigned comment added by DNMB (talk • contribs) 00:54, 28 December 2020 (UTC)
- First, please "sign" your messages. I had an "edit conflict" with the "bot" that signed your msg for you. See WP:Signatures for instructions. Second, read WP:Referencing for beginners. That should answer your questions. Third, what specific existing content is this new reference supporting? If it is not supporting any existing content, it doesn't belong. If it is supporting existing content that is already supported by a reference, it probably doesn't belong unless there is a problem with the existing reference, such as it being a dead link or a non-reliable source. If you are supporting current content that is not referenced with this new source, read WP:Referencing for beginners and WP:INCITE (that means "in-line citations") for details on how to make it into an "in-line citation" so it "looks right." davidwr/(talk)/(contribs) 🎄 01:00, 28 December 2020 (UTC)
