Head of state

[edit]

Are there any states where the Head of State not acting as Head of Government can reshuffle the Cabinet? Philip Baird Shearer 12:02, 4 September 2005 (UTC)[reply]

- No, not to my knowledge. Does anyone think this would be better entitled "cabinet reshuffle" rather than just shuffle? That seems to be the widest-used term.

I have only used the term cabinet shuffle in Canada, the term reshuffle is not used here 65.92.51.49 15:56, 4 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The term "shuffle" seems to be used more in Canada, but both are used. More to the point, the word "reshuffle" is used more often in the other relevant English-speaking countries. -Rrius (talk) 22:09, 3 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
@Rrius: can you please provide some sources that use reshuffle? The only source currently in the article uses shuffle. Thanks! UnitedStatesian (talk) 14:16, 29 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
