I work for Coffee Island and have a conflict of interest so I ask others to look and make these edits on my behalf. I have already added some references in English. I invite you to add more references even from trusted greek websites. Thank you.
- Important reference from Financial Times https://www.ft.com/content/238174d2-3139-11e9-8744-e7016697f225 where Coffee Island is among the 1000 fastest-growing european businesses (the only greek company included in this list) — Preceding unsigned comment added by Tsitsibau (talk • contribs) 09:35, 1 March 2019 (UTC)
More Content
[edit]- I believe that a Section about products of Coffee Island can be useful.
- @Tsitsibau: The way this works best is to say specific content you would like to see added (or deleted). So what specifically do you think should be added about the products? Best, Barkeep49 (talk) 20:19, 27 January 2019 (UTC)
- thanks, probably a section that explains the products that can someone buy from Coffee Island, the main categories, like Costa Coffee has (espresso bar and beverages, coffee beans, coffee equipment products) and explain the category Microfarm Project which is a special product category (someone can be based on this article https://www.fnl-guide.com/gr/el/coffee-tips-by-coffee-island/microfarm-project/) — Preceding unsigned comment added by Tsitsibau (talk • contribs) 20:44, 27 January 2019 (UTC)

- @Tsitsibau and Hughesdarren: I am continuing the conversation from Hughes talk page here since it's really content related and should be part of the article history. The new Greek sources definitely help and I'm at a point where I feel comfortable removing the notability tag. However, Tsitsibau you need to stop editing the article at this point. If you want to add something later type it up. Then make an edit request and post it here. We can talk about it, if myself or another editor doesn't accept it. If you disagree with any of the content I've removed we can talk about that too. Best, Barkeep49 (talk) 23:33, 30 January 2019 (UTC)
- @Tsitsibau and Barkeep49: Thanks to Barkeep49 for your oversight and advice, and Tsitsibau for all of the effort you put into creating and modifying the article. It's been a pleasure to work with both of you. I'll keep the article on my watchlist to help out with any edit requests. Cheers Hughesdarren (talk) 10:04, 31 January 2019 (UTC)
- Really thank you both for all the time you have spent here. I stopped editing this page. In fact I was disappointed enough to stop it when you erased the awards section because it had many sources from the best national portals, but now I am very happy that these efforts led into a good result. I wish you the best and thank you for keeping this encyclopedia in high quality levels. Tsitsibau (talk) 15:35, 2 February 2019 (UTC)

[edit]Edit request partially implemented
- The claim regarding Dubai was added to the
|areas_served=
parameter of the infobox. - The claim regarding the cafe as being voted best cafe chain in southeast Europe was not added, as this distinction is not independently notable in Wikipedia.

Thank you very much Spintendo . Can you add it in the stores list as well? Thanks in advance for your help. Tsitsibau (talk) 21:35, 17 December 2019 (UTC)
- Tsitsibau, I've added it to the text, updated the store count and removed the table of stores. Best, Barkeep49 (talk) 21:40, 17 December 2019 (UTC)
