Talk:François, Dauphin of France

Change page title to "Francis, Dauphin of France"?

[edit]

Just a suggestion, since his father's page is "Francis I of France" and his nephew's is "Francis II of France". His brother's page is "Henry II of France", not "Henri".qp10qp 12:37, 10 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Francis III?

[edit]

Wasn't the third Duke Francis of Brittany his father Francis I of France? Can this be moved to Francis IV, Duke of Brittany?--Queen Elizabeth II's Little Spy (talk) 18:54, 11 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Francis III was the fourth Duke Francis of Brittany, but he is called Francis III,[1][2] not Francis IV.[3][4]. I am not sure that the article should be moved to Francis IV, Duke of Brittany. Wouldn't it amount to original research? Surtsicna (talk) 20:01, 11 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
