Aside from the article being full of original research, most of the information is actually about other (apparent) love interests of Daffy Duck who took her place rather than about Melissa herself. The article was merged to Daffy's article before but it was reverted; I personally think this would be a better target (but I wouldn't necessarily object to a merge to Daffy's article). Erpert: I disagree. List pages like this are usually a graveyard, and no one is motivated to improve the article at that point. I see from the history of the Melissa Duck page that several people, including you, have tried to blank and redirect the page over the last year, and several editors have reverted that change. The page was even protected, to keep an unregistered user from trying to blank the page. I agree with you that the section on Daffy's other girlfriends and wives was not relevant and unsourced, so I was bold and deleted that section. — Toughpigs (talk) 01:21, 1 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
She's notable enough in my opinion. Her appearances are like with Taz and Marvin, just to a lesser extent; not many theatrical shorts, but fairly popular afterwards. Unnamed anon (talk) 14:24, 18 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Citing section; "Rocky and Mugsy"; "Around the end of the song, Rocky and Mugsy joined in on the final verse with Nasty Canasta, an angry bride, a female cannibal, a grizzly bear, and Toro the Bull." Would the "female cannibal" perhaps be Inki? The phrasing is pretty ambiguous but cannibals are often connected to the African pickaninny stereotype. (Inki's nether female nor cannibal, though.) 惑乱 Wakuran (talk) 13:14, 3 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Because he shouldn't be deceptively linked to only one short. If he doesn't have enough for a separate article (and I don't think he does), add an entry here, like other minor recurring characters. oknazevad (talk) 05:31, 14 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
