Relation to June Carter

[edit]

Is Wilf related to June? 'Cause I don't see relations anywhere. My grandmother Hattie Williams (1939 - 2009) was a childhood friend of June, and as I was told, during Hattie's childhood, she always heard the Carter Family (that means Wilf, too) when she came to June's house.

Could someone get citations for this (Not the relation with my grandma, though)? Thanks. Benjamin908 (talk) 01:04, 3 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Contradictory Man?

[edit]

So what year did he cut "My Swiss Moonlight Lullaby", 1931, 1932, or 1933? The page presently suggests all 3. TREKphiler any time you're ready, Uhura 21:17, 6 September 2013 (UTC) (BTW: not watching the page.)[reply]

Eat More commercial

[edit]

Seriously? Nobody has made an entry about the use of his song "My Little Yoho Lady" in the constantly seen commercial for Eat More candy bar in the 1980's ? Richard 50.47.243.206 (talk) 06:31, 17 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, I remember it well and fondly. But the problem is finding a reliable source to cite. We can’t include stuff from our personal recollections. Indefatigable (talk) 14:28, 18 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
