- This article is new enough and long enough. The image is appropriately licensed, the hook facts are cited inline, the article is neutral and I detected no copyright issues. I have struck ALT1 as being of little interest to non New York dwellers and prefer the original hook as the image looks rather like a garden shed at thumbnail size. A QPQ has been done.
