Bannaventa?

[edit]

Can Bannaventa really be called a major town? Surely it was just a relay station like dozens of others. What criteria is being used to determine what towns are major or not? G-Man ? 03:13, 27 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Possible rename

[edit]

As there appears to be no obvious criteria being used here as to what constitutes a major town. Shouldn't this be renamed 'Towns of Roman Britain' and we can throw in every minor waystation? G-Man ? 01:52, 29 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Vandalism

[edit]

As you may know, this template was vandalized with a large photograph of a penis, and the vandalism undone twenty minutes later, on March 27. Today, almost three days later, I loaded the page Isca Dumnoniorum, which uses this template, and saw the image there. I'm not complaining that I was personally offended, but something needs to be done about the way vandalism can appear three days after it is removed. 68.9.94.136 (talk) 18:27, 30 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
