Districts & counties

The template that Dr. Blofeld imported from the Persian (Farsi) Wikipedia had not only the 14 counties (shahrestans) of West Azarbaijan Province, but also three of the districts (bakhsh). Should we have a separate section in the template for districts? Should we just delete them? --Bejnar (talk) 16:04, 24 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
