Greetings! Apparently, you are here either out of idle curiousity or because my idiocy has stirred the pot ;) .

I will honestly acknowledge my group affiliations and ideological preferences here. Hopefully, others will be able to adjust for it.

• Anarchist: I am in the Albert/Chomsky/Bakunin school of more traditional anarchism, having also been influenced by Bookchin. Politically, I vote Democratic or Green depending on tactical analysis. This means I will tend to lean libertarian in, say, human rights cases, and socialist or revolutionary in the economy.
• Anti-racist: In terms of cultural analysis, I argue that America is a substantially institutionally racist country and there are major issues to overcome.
• Peace advocate: I tend to view war and violence as horrible human exercises. I am not strictly pacifist, but see 99% of the violence that does occur as unnecessary and onerous. This is tied in with anti-imperial struggle, which means I will tend to focus on America as a destructive empire.
• Feminist: I believe women and sexual minorities should have equal rights and standing.
• Buddhist: I am a fairly traditional Buddhist with some of my own spiritual notions. This may alter how I perceive pages about religion.
