Born 1886, Barbara Osgood is a recalcitrant vandal now reformed. She is essentially fictional. She came to wikipedia to find out who Brian Peppers was, but only found that he wasn't notable enough. Barbara is not notable herself.
Barbara Osgood is (apparently) also most disappointing for her removing of the traditional almost daily vandalism of Cynthia Ozick's page. The vandalism must be removed, but it ought to be done without any attitude. Many thanks.
