Vancouveriensis is a Vancouver, British Columbia-based occasional contributor with an M.A. (Oxon.). He is interested in history, genealogy, religion, linguistics, geography, heraldry, nobility and correct form, alternate history, onomastics, languages, grammar and usage, and related topics. He adheres to the use of the Oxford comma. He first contributed to Wikipedia on 9 July 2005 with an article on his kinsman, The Honourable Sir John Cox Bray (1842-1894), South Australian politician. On 10 July 2005, he added an article on the Ernle baronetcy. Subsequent articles include Ernle, Baron Ernle, and Walford's County Families.
