Linkin Park discography

Hi. It seems like is a contradiction to have 9.6million sales and a diamond certification, but is not. Certifications are based on shipments, not sales. More, record labels pay a fee to the certifying body (RIAA, BPI), who then audit and issue any awards. Most times albums and singles are certified for more than the actual number of copies sold. The sales of post-1990 albums are tracked by Nielsen SoundScan. --Neo139 (talk) 18:02, 1 January 2012 (UTC)

I almost forgot, the number 9.6 million is from 2009. I couldn't find a more up to date reliable source with the sales. But still, Soundscans data get leaked (ukmix.org/forums/viewtopic.php?p=3413680) often. Hi. Good you are still around. Can you please provide a source for the sales number you modified on Linkin Park and Linkin Park discography. This are

1. Meteora selling 16m (the source we have says it sold 11m but its and old news)
2. The band salling 60m ablums. (I googled but couldn't find a reliable source)

Hi. The only reliable source for New Zealand certifications is the Recording Industry Association of New Zealand website. I tried to find the Gold certs for the albums sourced by radioscope inside the RIANZ website and couldn't find them. If you find the links please post them or add them back. Hi. You were right. radioscope.net.nz is considered reliable in practice. Also it appears to be an official RIANZ website according to its article. (I don't have a source for that and WP:WINARS, but the information was added by a user who claims to be from New Zealand and WP:AGF, its enough for me). I agree that it's repetitive but rowspans are strictly not supposed to be used due to the fact that they affect accessibility and sorting, (if a visually impaired person were to have their program read a page to them, rowspans would make it incredibly difficult for them to understand it correctly. They talk about it more here) I know that other actors and other pages have rowspans, but they shouldn't, that's why many editors, myself included, are trying very hard to reverse. Guilty All the Same edits

Thanks for trying to help me out, and I really appreciate it. RazorEye is wrong for a few things he had put on the Guilty All the Same page. The BMI stuff is useless, and it doesn't work that way for a user like RazorEye. I'd really prefer the songwriting credit going to "Linkin Park" and Rakim ("William Griffin") cause they all wrote it out, just like it's described in the Behind the Scenes clip for the song itself. If you provide more reliable source for hybrid theory sales you can change it and also whenever you revert my changes and write meteora sales as 16M you provide no citation for it.
