Speedy deletion of Almeda Abazi
[edit]A tag has been placed on Almeda Abazi requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words.
If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. [edit]Please do not remove speedy deletion notices from pages you have created yourself. Please use the {{hangon}} template on the page instead if you disagree with the deletion. Thank you. Wuhwuzdat (talk) 12:55, 6 February 2009 (UTC)
If you have a close connection to some of the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest. In keeping with Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy, edits where there is a conflict of interest, or where such a conflict might reasonably be inferred from the tone of the edit and the proximity of the editor to the subject, are strongly discouraged. If you have a conflict of interest, you should avoid or exercise great caution when:
- editing or creating articles related to you, your organization, or its competitors, as well as projects and products they are involved with;
- participating in deletion discussions about articles related to your organization or its competitors;
- linking to the Wikipedia article or website of your organization in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam); and,
- avoid breaching relevant policies and guidelines, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, verifiability of information, and autobiographies.
For information on how to contribute to Wikipedia when you have conflict of interest, please see our frequently asked questions for businesses. For more details about what, exactly, constitutes a conflict of interest, please see our conflict of interest guidelines. Thank you. Wuhwuzdat (talk) 12:56, 6 February 2009 (UTC)
Speedy deletion of Almeda Abazi
[edit]Please stop removing speedy deletion notices from pages that you have created yourself. If you continue, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Wuhwuzdat (talk) 12:58, 6 February 2009 (UTC)
You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. Please do not repeatedly revert edits, but use the talk page to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors. If necessary, pursue dispute resolution. Wuhwuzdat (talk) 12:59, 6 February 2009 (UTC)
This is the last warning you will receive for your disruptive edits.
The next time you remove a speedy deletion notice from a page you have created yourself, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Wuhwuzdat (talk) 13:04, 6 February 2009 (UTC)
Wikipedia's policies and guidelines
[edit]Hello, NewMegaStar. Thank you for contributing an article on a notable subject. Unfortunately, your contribution has some problems with Wikipedia's core policies. Among the most important of these, Wikipedia is bound by United States copyright law. Our copyright policy forbids us to publish text here that has already been published elsewhere unless that text can be proven to be in public domain or licensed compatibly with the GFDL license Wikipedia currently uses. The text you placed here has already been published elsewhere. Pieces of that might be quoted in line with our non-free content guidelines, but we can't just reproduce it as an article. For the legal protection of Wikipedia, articles that use text in this way must be deleted. That's why this article was tagged for speedy deletion under criterion WP:CSD#G12 as a copyright infringement. (If you were the person who originally published that text, you can give us permission to use it. See Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials for how. If you weren't the original publisher, you still may be able to get permission. See Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how.)
When articles are tagged for speedy deletion, article creators are not permitted to remove those tags. If you disagree with the tag, you may place {{hangon}} (brackets and all) on the article to let the administrators know and then type the reason you disagree on the article's talk page. An administrator will consider your reasons before deciding to speedily delete or not to speedily delete the article. But for a creator to simply remove the speedy deletion tag is considered disruptive to Wikipedia. (As is "edit warring", where you fight with contributors in article space. You should use talk pages to discuss your difference.)
Please do not paste material from other sources onto Wikipedia or remove speedy deletion tags from articles you have created. If you do this again, it may lead to your account being permanently blocked from contributing. We welcome your contributions, but we do have to ask that you work within our policies and guidelines (many of which are now linked at the top of your page). If you have problems on Wikipedia, we have a number of places where you can receive help. We have a help desk which is usually manned around the clock by volunteers where you can ask questions. You can even ask a question on your talk page by typing {{helpme}} (brackets and all) next to your question. A volunteer will come to you to answer. You are also very welcome to come to my talk page if I can assist you. You'll find it at the "talk" link after my username. For a short while, I will also be watching your userpage, so you can respond to me here.
Thank you. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 16:41, 6 February 2009 (UTC)
