A big reason is that it fails WP: V; there are only two citations and neither are third party. In addition, it probably fails WP: N. According to his PGA Tour page, it looks like Hazen has only been a member of the third-tier PGA Tour Latinoamerica for one season (2016). Prob not enough to warrant notability.
