Interest of the translation: English article stub. Featured article in German. International relevance through Northern Europe in mediaeval arts. SFDan, who contributes to the English language article, will review and improve article after translation.
Comment: I have expanded this article from a stub using information from the Spanish version. I have made various amendments (eg the Allies landed in Italy in 1943, not 1942 as stated in the original), as well as some additions and ommissions.
Interest of the translation: This stub already had a number of cross-refs from other articles, and I believe an expanded version would make a significant addition to the International Broadcasting, Public Broadcasting, Propaganda, Spanish Civil War, and RTVE pages, amongst others.
Interest of the translation: The subject is very notable, due to their popularity in Germany, Austria and Switzerland and the current article seems inadequate, especially when compared to the German one.
Interest of the translation: Seems like an interesting personality of the Third Republic. fr article is decent and has a few citations. Would help in providing sorely lacking context for article Redressement Français
Comment: I've decided against doing a straight translation of this page because the original Spanish version isn't very coherent either. I've therefore added translations from other sources and would greatly appreciate help with some problems I've run into with this - see the article's discussion page
Interest of the translation: This article already has numerous links in the English wiki and needs to be expanded to make it more informative and to reflect recent changes in the law that have created the RTVE Corporation.
Interest of the translation: The English is a stub and the Spanish article well done. The French article fr:Tirant d'eau is also well done and can be used to fill out the article further.
Comment: I normally translate these to English myself but this particular article has an absolutely huge amount of text. I am more interested in covering the entire railway network than elaborating on any particular station.
Interest of the translation: This is an important railway station in Finland as it forms a crossing point between the cities of Tampere and Jyväskylä and Seinäjoki railway station, another important crossing point station.
Interest of the translation: Encyclopedic article on a computer game with an innovative force feedback mechanism (literally induces pain if you lose) as covered by Wired. Has been a requested article at WP:CVG for quite some time now.
Comment: Compliments from Spain. I am the original editor of this article in Spanish Wikipedia, my level of English is not enough skilful, but if I can help you (for instance with the bibliography), you can stand by me--Locutus Borg, Talk to me15:50, 21 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Interest of the translation: Featured article on a prehistoric site in Spain. No article in English. Most primary sources for this topic would be in Spanish anyway.
Interest of the translation: An important publishing house for exiled Czech and Slovak writers following the 1968 Soviet invasion of Czechoslovakia. Books that were banned in Czechoslovakia were published by 68 Publishers in Toronto, Canada and were often smuggled back into Soviet territory where they would become underground classics (taken from the article on Alan Levy, explaining the significance of his Rowboat to Prague).
