Update samples to iink 2.0.1

We choose to rewrite all relevant sample to Kotlin.

Lasso sample has been removed as it is now included in iink sdk.
Batch sample now allow to export offscreen in png.
Exercise assessment has been redone to include more different part type and a custom grammar.
Search sample has been a little bit improved.
