Multiple Datasets Don't Increment From Max SMI_# Value for Drugs Generation #430

@jjacobson95

Description

@jjacobson95

Issue Datasets:

  • BladderPDO is not correctly grabbing all previous drugs. It also is not incrementing from the max value.
  • LiverPDO is not incrementing from the max value.
  • BeatAML is not incrementing from the max value.
  • SarcPDO is not correctly grabbing all previous drugs. It also is not incrementing from the max value.
  • And just at a glance, I'm expecting Novartis to not properly read in multiple drug files and not to correctly grab all previous drugs and likely missing incrementing from the max value.

All of these ended up being overwritten and fixed by the improve drug id mapping script at the end, which is why this has gone under the radar so far. But I'm just going to fix all of these so they work on their own as well.

Note, I'm going to update pubchem_retrieval.py and then the calls made by each of the individual datasets.
