addition of 3 functions to

  • summarize drug response metrics
  • plot histogram of one drug response metric
  • plot 2d histogram of two drug response metrics

cd.utils.stats.* is only imported if matplotlib & seaborn are available packages in the environment. Those two packages are not treated as required dependencies.
