This patch fixes this bug : #131
The issue comes from the handling of the output buffer in PHPUnit_TextUI_Command->run and it, sadly, doesn't look as if it would be fixed soon :
sebastianbergmann/phpunit#1635
I'm not sure it's the best way to do that but it seems to be the most robust.
