Also add 100ms sleep after exporting a new pin to give the OS time to set the correct owner and group

I've updated the Blue gpio numbering to the newly decreed standard. The pins are now:
GP0_3, GP0_4, GP0_5 and GP0_6 and GP1_3 and GP1_4.
I've also added RED_LED, GREEN_LED, PAUSE and MODE.
I've included a 100ms delay after exporting a pin to give the OS time to set the permissions.
