Current Behavior

This is irregular issue, it happens from time to time.

When I try to build the template, I see the message and it does not go away:

Your build has been enqueued and will begin once a provisioner becomes available to process it.

When I reload the page I see the build was successful and I can publish my template.

I checked resources, there are plenty of them in the namespace.

Expected Behavior

Page is updated once a provisioner becomes available
