Modified the Chromatic job configuration to reduce snapshot usage and only run Chromatic on necessary UI changes.

Closing this in favor of #8776. I had to run a format script that can be kinda annoying to run without the right environment setup but @ethriel3695 I preserved you as the author of the commit, thanks for the help! |
