Initial page shows "no workspaces" instead of "loading" indicator #44
Description
When I first installed Toolbox and logged in, it said I had no workspaces for ~15 seconds before they popped up. Can we put a loading indicator there instead?
The plugin has been very snappy so far otherwise.
