It's not the PR. Those jobs are pending because they are marked as required but in this PR they don't need to be built. I don't have admin rights for this repo but we should remove the requirement from these jobs. |

Description
Updated docker workflow to create a tag for the master branch based on the information in
./tools/config.sh. Now when changes are pushed to the master branch bothlatestandrelease/vx.xwill be pushedTesting
Tested in fork.
