This pull request includes a fix to the
CupertinoSliverNavigationBarStateclass in thenav_bar.dartfile. The change ensures that theanimateTomethod is only called when thetargetis within the valid scroll extent range, i.e.target <= position.maxScrollExtent.Fixes #164458
