This PR includes the following changes:

Change default model for samples to gpt-4o-mini.
Add VS Code launch configurations to support debugging samples.
Add image sample for cURL.
Update image samples to load image based on sample file path.
Enable the Jupyter extension to select a Python kernel by default.
Move from the universal base image to a custom image with specific features.


          Update Codespace with latest changes.
