"CodeLens" is not a widely recognized term. "Wait for Visual Studio to prompt for authentication" or something similar (or describe what a codelens is)

VS doesn't prompt for authentication though -- at least not overtly. "CodeLens" is a precise term to let the user know where to look. It's not an internal term. We use it in VS and VS Code:

I might use CodeLens and then add in parentheses a description of what it is for those who don't know though.
