I'm creating this issue to document our decision to delete the twirp-rs and twirp-build-rs crates that were released to crates.io using this code by a third party in favor of the twirp and twirp-build crates which we have since begun releasing to on crates.io. Our understanding is that "deleting" the crate from crates.io will not actually delete previously-released versions, so any existing dependents on them should be able to continue using them until they migrate. This should reduce confusion about which crate name(s) to use when searching on crates.io.
