File responses/16_using-ncc.md (which is used in Last minute notes) suggests to install @zeit/ncc, but this is not maintained any longer. See also https://www.npmjs.com/package/@zeit/ncc

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
$ npm install -g @zeit/ncc
npm WARN deprecated @zeit/ncc@0.22.3: @zeit/ncc is no longer maintained. Please use @vercel/ncc instead.
Expected behavior
Expected is to suggest @vercel/ncc instead of @zeit/ncc .
